This unique and famous train toured the USA in 1971, meeting huge crowds at each stop. It is well known nationwide!

The TurboTrain looks great in a display case or on the layout – it will even run on 18″ radius curves.

The TurboTrain was designed by United Aircraft (later Sikorsky) and the prototype incorporated five Pratt & Whitney ST-6 (PT-6) aircraft turbine engines, giving it the unique position as the only train of interest to aircraft collectors.
